About me
I’m currently a graduate student at the University of Washington pursuing a Master’s degree in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership. My work focuses on the intersection of athletic administration, student-athlete advocacy, and the evolving landscape of collegiate athletics.
I currently serve as the Pilot Program Project Manager for the CKA SAVE Project Virtual Internship Program, where I help lead initiatives focused on student-athlete development, organizational strategy, and research on key issues impacting college sports. In this role, I oversee collaborative projects across research, content development, fundraising, and program operations while ensuring these initiatives to the best of my ability are designed to address the “resume gap” faced by many student-athletes transitioning beyond competition.
I want to create spaces for authentic conversations about leadership, NIL, mental health, career development, and long-term success in athletics/professional careers post grad. I put an emphasis on balancing athletic excellence with academic achievement and professional growth.
With a deep sense of commitment to serving others, I want to contribute to the future of college athletics by helping institutions build systems that support holistic student-athlete development while maintaining competitive excellence.
The long term goal is to help lead and shape programs that elevate student-athlete voices, expand opportunities, and strengthen the relationship between sport, education, and leadership!
