2026 Black Student-Athlete Summit

With over 13 years of experience in higher education, I am a passionate and driven leader who oversees the deferred MBA admissions, Accelerated Access program, at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business. My mission is to attract and recruit talented and diverse candidates who aspire to become innovative and responsible business leaders. I’ve also managed a few diversity partnerships for the full-time MBA program, working with various organizations and initiatives that support underrepresented student populations. I am an advocate for equity and inclusion in education and a believer in the transformative power of a diverse learning environment. I leverage my communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills to build solid relationships, solve operational problems, and help students reach their educational goals.
